Whatever the reason, we will gladly accept returns on non-special ordered products within 30 days of delivered date less shipping and handling. Be sure to include with your return: Your Name, Address, Phone Number, and Reason for Return.  Items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and in re-saleable condition. All miniatures & buildings must be unopened. All opened packs will be returned to the sender and credit will not be issued.

If you are returning a collectible, please make sure item is in its original packaging and all paperwork including certificate of authenticity and registration card is in box. All collectibles boxes must be placed in another box when being returned in order to protect them from damage and ink stamps that delivery services use. Please use sufficient padding around interior box to prevent item from moving around inside the outer box which may cause damage to occur. Any item returned that is not re-saleable will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued.

We will happily issue a store credit to be used toward your next purchase, or credit back the original purchaser’s credit card. Please include on your return reason note how you would like the credit.

**Please note that special ordered items that are cancelled or returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are happy to order in those hard to get items, but please be aware of our policy.

Domestic

We offer a flat rate on all USA shipments to the lower 48 states and US military addresses.  The flat rate is $8.00 (Shipping and Handling) for any size order no matter if it is one item or 100 items. Also US Post and UPS shipping methods are available to all USA destinations. International

We ship via International Mail and UPS to some locations. To see these rates just go to the check out process and enter your shipping information or use your existing account information. The rates are determined by the weight and size of the items you order.

 *****Please note that the shipping prices for some international shipments will seem quite large in your shopping carts. We are doing everything we can to get the quoted prices to show up more reasonable.  Orders that are placed by credit card can easily be edited and a more reasonable shipping charge will show up on your packing slip. If you plan on paying for your international order via Paypal, please email us your order with your contact information and shipping address, and we will send a correct Paypal invoice to you. We apologize for the inconvienence.
